This probe provides all necessary communications between 4 analog PSTN lines and software running on a PC.
It detects and notifies line RING, ON HOOK, OFF HOOK, and BUSY status as well as Line errors like short-circuit and line disconnect. Continuous measuring of line DC voltage is possible.
Line relay enables two different modes of operation: low impedance and high impedance.
Line conversation is continuously being encoded @ 8KHz, 8bit, A-law and transferred to the PC. Likewise, conversation delivered from PC is broadcast over the telephone line.
It is possible to record conversation in the high impedance mode in order to retrieve Caller ID information between the rings.
All software including drivers and SDK is developed solely by BTT.
Software SDK supports all features of a Soft Switch.
